Fit / Sizing Issues

We understand that shopping online means you may not always get the right fit or size. If this is the case, please contact our customer service and we will exchange the product for the correct size. The item must adhere to our returns policy, otherwise there will be a small restocking fee.

30-day Hassle Free Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with the item you purchased. You can return any product in new, resellable condition within 30 days of order delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging with tags attached. Returned items that do not follow these guidelines will be subject to a $5 per item restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. Clearance items cannot be returned. All refunds will be issued via store credit.

Please allow 5 - 7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center. Fit choice is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 

For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact customer service before making an international return.
