All sales are final unless stated otherwise, all refunds will be given in the form of store credit. Due to the intimate nature of these products we do not accept returns but will instead issue store credit for the price of the product with a small fee associated.
Our policy lasts 14 business days from the delivery date. If 14 Business days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you credit or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Due to the viral nature of our merchandise and unforeseen spikes in traffic and product demand, it is possible some products may be out of stock at the time of your purchase. Do not worry though, you will ALWAYS receive your order! If a product in your cart has gone out of stock or has been removed from our product catalog you may be eligible for store credit.

Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately, sale items cannot be credited.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, due to possible unforeseen delivery issues.
